EXPERIENCE:

 November, 2002, to Present: Writer, Editor, and Ghostwriter. Specialties include ghostwriting non-fiction, self-help, personal and professional development, inspirational/motivational books, and memoirs and biographies. Strong in grammar, composition, flow, narration, and dialogue, as well as spelling and punctuation.  Significant experience editing and writing legal, medical, and employment books, articles, and journals. Published works include my book, Children Should Come With Warning Labels, released by Urban Edge Publishing in 2009. I also co-authored Voices of Breast Cancer, which was released by LaChance Publishing, New York, in October 2007. September, 1993 to November, 2002: Assistant Division Chair, Kankakee Community College, Kankakee, IL.  Duties included assisting Chair with schedules, evaluations, writing course and curriculum material, objectives, and goals for ten full-time faculty members and approximately thirty adjunct faculty members.  I was also an adjunct faculty member for six years for the Technology Division. In addition, I coordinated the Tech Prep program, working with high school and college students to prepare them for success in vocational and technical certificates and degrees.

November, 1986 to September, 1993: Executive Secretary II, State of Illinois, Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities.
